Looking into 2026: Updates to Waivers, Policies, and Pricing

As we wrap up the year and prepare for a successful 2026, we are implementing a few administrative updates to ensure the continued clarity, safety, and quality of our services. Please review these four important items that affect all clients.

Updated Contracts & Liability Waivers

This update requires immediate attention from all existing clients.

Due to a necessary changes in our insurance coverage, we are required to issue a new set of liability waivers and contracts. We understand and apologize for the inconvenience of having to complete paperwork again. However, this step is mandatory for service continuation.

  • Who is affected? All existing clients

  • Action Needed: Please return the new Contracts & Liability Waivers and Contracts that were recently distributed

  • Deadline: December 15th is the final date to ensure your paperwork is processed ahead of the new insurance policy start

New Media Policy

To ensure clarity and protect the privacy of all our clients, we have formally introduced a Media Policy.

This policy addresses the use of photographs and videos taken at our locations, lessons, and events. Our goal is to celebrate your successes while maintaining professional boundaries and respecting personal image rights.

  • Where to find it: The full, detailed Media Policy is now available on our website on our Policies & Waivers page

  • What it covers: Guidance on sharing images, and usage permissions for promotional materials

2026 Price Structure Updates

To maintain the high standard of personalized care, expertise, and time invested in our services, we are adjusting our pricing structure for the new year.

These changes are structured to minimize the impact on our loyal existing clients:

  • New Clients: Effective January 1, 2026, new clients will be subject to the updated rate structure for all services.

  • Existing Clients: You will only be impacted by the updated day rate for services such as show coaching, horse purchase evaluations, and other services billed on a full-day basis. All other regular rates remain consistent for you.

  • Full Details: The complete breakdown of the updated rates for 2026 is available for review on the Training & Lessons page, which serves as the ultimate source of truth for all financial updates.

Invoice Due Date Change

To help streamline our administrative and accounting processes, we are updating the official due date for monthly invoices.

  • New Due Date: The invoice due date is now the 4th of the month.

  • Late Fees: Late fees will begin to accrue on a daily basis starting on the 5th of the month and become $10 /day.

Please update your personal payment calendars accordingly to ensure a smooth transition and avoid unnecessary fees.
